Baseball
Enough with the slide show
Baseball is a great game
Watching can be less stressful than other sports (excluding playoffs).
With many breaks in the game, you can talk and relax a little while watching – you don’t have to keep your eyes on the action all the time.
I wonder if a few changes to the TV broadcast would improve the viewing experience.
When watching on TV, it sometimes seems that I am watching a slide show of close-up pictures of players, coaches, fans.
I wonder if changing the view a little less would be better – how about a view of the infield including the pitcher and catcher as a standard view while waiting for the next pitch?
You could change it up by including the outfield.
Maybe it would simulate the live experience better – where you can look at what you want to.
Or we could change the live experience to match TV by requiring all fans in the stadium to look at the same thing.
